In this photo shoot, the point was to capture natural structure in the surrounding I was in at the time. The reason why I haven't got as many photographs as I intended to capture is because I wasn't allowed to be in the area for as long as I wanted to as it was a dangerous location. The sort of photographs I captured were depth of field which includes a subject being completely in focus and the background completely blurred.
In this photograph I had gone close up to a web and manually focused on the web so the background would be blurred. And then in Photoshop I sharpened the web so you could tell the focus was on the web; made the contrast higher so the web would stand out more; and then cropped the sides of the photograph.
In this photograph I had taken photograph of a pole that was dug into the ground and put the focus on the pole by increasing the sharpness of of the pole and cropping the rest of the photograph because it was unnecessary.
The focus of this branch was to show that the background isn't in focus which enabled me to make the branch more in focus by sharpening it and then increasing the contrast of it.
